Education
- University degree in Engineering: Chemical, Industrial, Energy, Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English (C1).
Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialised strategic advice on green hydrogen based on up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Assess the techno-economic feasibility of green hydrogen projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve hydrogen production efficiency, quality and costs.
- Select the most appropriate technologies and solutions for each project.
- Identify business opportunities and sources of funding.
- Support and advise clients in the development of their renewable hydrogen projects.
- Actively monitor developments in the renewable hydrogen sector.
- Prepare financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide technical support for ARIEMA’s Hydrogen Course.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the energy sector.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy sector, including planning, monitoring and coordination.
- General knowledge of the different stages of the hydrogen value chain: production, storage, distribution and end uses.
- Knowledge of economic (CAPEX and OPEX) and financial (IRR, NPV) assessment criteria applied to hydrogen projects.
- Experience with public funding calls from national or European bodies.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to prepare forecasts and risk assessments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data.

Electrolysers (Huelva)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis and assessment of project requirements.
- Research and development of equipment.
- CAD design of components and assemblies.
- Finite element analysis.
- Preparation of drawings, technical documentation, reports and presentations.
- Assembly and testing of prototypes.
- Evaluation of results.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Design.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- More than 2 years of demonstrable professional experience performing the responsibilities described above.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks design (CSWA level).
- Proven experience in simulation using ANSYS (FEA).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience preparing drawings, technical documentation, reports and presentations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and a strong results-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
DESIRABLE:
- Knowledge of certification processes for installations and equipment.
- Experience in supplier management.
- Postgraduate qualifications in complementary fields such as industrial maintenance or industrial design.
- Interest in continuous improvement.
- Interest in the sector, a proactive approach to resolving issues and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Participation in industrial R&D&I projects funded by national and European public bodies.
