Your personal data will be processed jointly and in a coordinated manner by the joint controllers: ARIEMA ENERGÍA Y MEDIOAMBIENTE, S.L. and ARIEMA ENERXÍA, S.L. Both entities have entered into an agreement to manage your privacy jointly in accordance with Article 26 of the GDPR. 

1.2. Purposes of Processing 

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Contractual Relationship: To manage consultancy and technology services in the hydrogen and renewable energy sector. 
• Professional Communications: To send relevant information about our activities, provided that we have your consent or there is a legitimate interest.

The legal basis for processing your data is the data subject's consent when contacting us and, where applicable, the performance of a commercial contract.

To exercise these rights, please send a request to info@ariema.es or by post to any of the offices mentioned in the Legal Notice, enclosing a copy of your Spanish National Identity Card (DNI) or equivalent document to verify your identity. We also inform you that you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
