Bespoke training
We design corporate technical training programmes in renewable hydrogen tailored to the specific needs of each organisation.
We listen to our clients and put acquired knowledge into practice
Programmes designed around your organisation’s context, participant profiles and defined training objectives.
How do we develop the plan?
We combine theoretical and practical content to provide you with comprehensive training:
- Theoretical sessions delivered by active industry specialists.
- Practical workshops and analysis of real-world case studies.
- Technical visits to our industrial electrolyser facilities in Huelva.
We draw on our own experience gained through:
- Our own design criteria and lessons learned from R&D and consultancy projects.
- The development of our alkaline electrolysers and test benches featuring our proprietary stack technology.
- Analysis of technology alternatives and market trends specific to your sector.
We align with your expectations to develop the plan
Initial consultation and assessment of training needs.
Preparation of a technical and commercial proposal including a detailed programme, trainer profiles, methodology, schedule and itemised budget.
Validation of the proposal and signing of the contract.
Final curriculum design, incorporating client-specific materials where appropriate.
Delivery of the training programme in the agreed format.
Issuance of attendance certificates and satisfaction assessment.
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the programme: shorter programmes can be delivered with two weeks’ notice, while more complex programmes require between two and six weeks from contract signing to the first session.
Available Training Formats
- Interactive sessions delivered through platforms such as Microsoft Teams or GoToWebinar. This format is typically used for audiences of 20–50 participants who require real-time interaction. It allows for more structured questions and answers.
- Pre-recorded content hosted on ARIEMA’s Moodle platform. Suitable for large organisations or organisations with geographically dispersed audiences.
- In-person training in the form of lectures or workshops at the contracting organisation’s facilities. This includes the preparation of specific training materials and travel by the teaching team.
- In-person training at ARIEMA Electrolysers’ facilities in Huelva, suitable for programmes that include hands-on practical work with electrolysers.
- Hybrid training combining online modules and in-person sessions.
- Programmes can also be delivered in English for international audiences or as part of bilateral cooperation projects.
Topics covered in our programmes, tailored to the level of depth required by each client.
- Hydrogen fundamentals and types.
- Distribution and transport.
