Training in the operation and maintenance of electrolysers

Through our ARIEMA Electrolysers division, we develop our own alkaline electrolysis technology featuring our proprietary stack technology.

Our activities include stack scale-up and validation on test benches, as well as the development of large-scale industrial prototypes. We have functional prototypes of pressurised alkaline electrolysers featuring our own technology (scalable up to 5 MW), and our hands-on experience enables us to provide specialised training in the operation and maintenance of alkaline electrolysers (O&M), based on our industrial expertise and day-to-day work. This allows us to take participants directly from theory to practice at our facilities.

ELECTROLYSERS

We offer bespoke training for companies, technical teams and operators, tailored to each specific case and technology.

What sets us apart?

  • Continuous hands-on experience: training based on our day-to-day experience working with our electrolysis systems.
  • OEM expertise: as a manufacturer, we have an in-depth understanding of system design, components and behaviour.
  • Practical approach: focused on troubleshooting, diagnostics and operational decision-making.
  • Tailored to the client: we design specific content according to the type of electrolyser, plant configuration and the team's level of expertise.

We adapt to each client’s needs

  • We do not offer standard, fixed-format courses.
  • Production ramp-up and ramp-down procedures and potassium hydroxide replacement.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • We design training programmes tailored to the specific needs of each project, which may include: operation of electrolysers under steady-state and dynamic conditions.
  • Safety system interlocks: start-up, shutdown and incident management procedures.
  • Performance monitoring and degradation analysis.
  • Safety in hydrogen plants.
  • Integration with electrical systems and balance of plant (BoP).
  • Training can be delivered in a theoretical, practical or combined format, including hands-on work with real equipment when required by the project.
  • Electrolyte handling, water management and auxiliary systems.

Who is it for?

  • Hydrogen plant operators
  • Industrial maintenance teams
  • Process and operations engineers
  • Technicians responsible for commissioning

We design your training programme

Every electrolysis installation is different, and the training should be too.

If you need to train your team or develop an operation and maintenance training programme tailored to your electrolysers, we can help.
