1. Delivery Conditions 

As the training is provided online, no physical materials of any kind will be delivered. Access to the content will be managed exclusively online using the login credentials provided once enrolment has been completed. 

Cancellation, Refund and Right of Withdrawal Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to formacion@ariema.es. 

  • Cancellation by ARIEMA: A full refund of all amounts paid will be issued. 
  • Right of Withdrawal (Individual Students - B2C): In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase without penalty, provided that the course has not commenced or the content platform has not been accessed. Accessing the virtual classroom terminates the right of withdrawal, as this constitutes digital content. 
  • Commercial/Professional Cancellations (B2B): 
    ○ 5 days or more before the course start date: entitlement to a refund of 75% of the amount paid (the remaining 25% will be retained to cover enrolment administration costs). 
    ○ Less than 5 days before the course start date: the enrolment fee will not be refundable. 

Privacy and Data Protection Policy (GDPR / LOPDGDD) 

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), detailed information is provided below regarding the processing of your personal data:

  • Data Controller: ARIEMA Energía y Medioambiente S.L. 
  • Purpose of Processing: 
      1. Administrative, educational and operational management of the Specialised Hydrogen Course and the Basic Hydrogen Course. 
      2. Where your express consent has been provided, the sending of commercial communications, industry news and information about events organised by the entity. 
  • Lawful Basis: Performance of the training contract for the management of the course; and legitimate interest or the data subject's explicit consent for commercial communications. 
  • Data Retention: Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities arising from that purpose and from the processing of the data. 
  • Recipients: Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. 
  • Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection by sending an email to formacion@ariema.es or by sending a postal communication to the Data Controller's address, enclosing a copy of your Spanish National Identity Card (DNI) or equivalent document as proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
