The SMS Verde project aims to address the challenges facing the automotive industry by contributing to research into lightweight, low-carbon-footprint materials and their manufacturing techniques, as well as the development of sustainable hydrogen fuel cell propulsion technologies. 

In this project, Ariema builds and validates a 0.5 MW electrolysis system for integration into a hydrogen refuelling station for heavy-duty vehicles at airport facilities.
