Terms and Conditions
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made before 30 June 2026 will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the fee paid. Once the registration cancellation has been processed, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days. Confirmation of the refund will be sent by email. All refunds are subject to a 2% bank charge. Refunds will be issued once the event has ended.
Name Changes
Name changes to registrations may be made until 31 August 2026.
Authorisation for the Capture and Use of Images and Videos at PMH2 2026
By purchasing a ticket for the PMH2 Hydrogen Sector Meeting 2026, organised by ARIEMA ENERGÍA Y MEDIOAMBIENTE S.L., the purchaser expressly agrees and consents to the organisation taking photographs and videos during the event, under the terms described below.
Purpose of Images and Permitted Use
The images and videos captured may be used solely for promotional, documentary or informational purposes related to the event and its activities. Such material may be published on: Official social media channels. Corporate websites. Printed and digital materials. Authorised media outlets.
Limitations and Non-Commercial Use
Images and videos may not be used for commercial purposes without the organisation's prior written consent. Any commercial use will require a specific agreement between the parties.
Protection of Attendees' Privacy
Attendees' privacy will be respected, and photographs or videos that may be offensive, intrusive or infringe fundamental rights will not be taken. Images of minors will not be captured or distributed without the consent of their legal guardians.
Attendee Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for obtaining any additional consent required from third parties (such as speakers, exhibitors or participants) before taking photographs or videos in which such individuals appear.
Exclusion of the Organisation's Liability
ARIEMA ENERGÍA Y MEDIOAMBIENTE S.L. and the event organisers accept no liability for any use that third parties may make of images captured during the event.
Rights of the Organisation
The organisation reserves the right to ask any person to stop taking photographs or videos if they fail to comply with the provisions set out in these terms or with any applicable regulations. These terms and conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation on personal data protection, electronic commerce and consumer rights.
